Hello everyone,
Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Barbora, one of the assistant coordinators at Prague Summer Schools. For me, Prague Summer Schools offers an incredible opportunity to connect with students from around the globe. As a current university student, I can easily relate to their experiences and do my best to meet their needs.
The role of an assistant at Prague Summer Schools is varied and engaging. Our goal is to provide students with the best and most comfortable experience possible. This includes clear communication before their arrival through various channels, ensuring all their questions are answered. We also prepare the venue to ensure that lectures run smoothly and organize the rest of the program, so students are informed about the exciting events and tours lined up for the week.
We’re always available to help students with any questions they may have—whether it’s about local places to visit, dining options, navigating public transport, or specific aspects of the program, as well as dietary needs. Our aim is to cater to all of our students’ needs and create a positive experience. We also attend events and are on-site of the PSS venue to assist anyone who needs help. Building a warm, friendly environment is key, so we’re always up for a chat to help students feel welcome and comfortable. During coffee breaks, we offer snacks and refreshments to keep everyone energized. I am very eager to meet any new students joining us for Prague Summer Schools 2025
